1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartBox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChartBox provides WhatsApp sales intelligence analytics by connecting to your existing Wati or Interakt account via webhooks. The Service analyzes conversation data to identify lead leakage patterns and generate actionable reports.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate organization and account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure you have the legal right to share WhatsApp conversation data with ChartBox
• Obtain necessary consents from end customers whose data will be processed
• Comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Data Processing and Privacy

ChartBox processes customer conversation data on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• You are the data controller and ChartBox acts as a data processor
• All customer phone numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Message content is automatically deleted based on your configured retention period (default: 30 days)
• Conversation metadata is retained for reporting purposes
• Your data is strictly isolated from other organizations using Row-Level Security

5. Webhook Integration

You authorize ChartBox to receive webhook events from your Wati or Interakt account. You are responsible for:

• Configuring the webhook correctly in your platform
• Keeping your webhook secret secure
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

6. Service Availability

ChartBox strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination:

• All message content will be immediately deleted
• Conversation metadata will be retained for 30 days for compliance purposes
• You will lose access to all reports and analytics

ChartBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

ChartBox and its features, including the Ghost Report and funnel visualizations, are proprietary to ChartBox. You retain ownership of your customer data. We claim no rights to your data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

ChartBox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
